This was a replacement fan for a previously installed radon mitigation system. The replacement fan went in perfectly, and took about 20 mins to install. We debated buying the larger 501 fan, but the radon readings have been 1 since installing this one and it seems more than adequate for 2000 sf house, plus I hope to have energy savings over the 501 fan. I bought this fan after getting an estimate for 600 bucks to replace my current fan that had worn out. [...]took me all of ten minuets to do the change out. The fan is quiet and all the electrical connections are conveniently located. I would definitely reccommend this to anyone in need of a radon fan.
