I used this to balance heating output to addition. I wired it parallel to run with the furnace.
It delivered what I expected, adding heat output addition, adding heat to 2nd vent in the room.

We needed more air flow in our kitchen. I installed this fan in the main duct before it split. It does really move the air, there are 4 90s before the duct gets to the registers. You can hear it run it's about as loud as a fan. I do feel they could place the mounting screws in a different place the one under the motor is almost imposibel to put in

I used the booster fan to replace similar fans that I installed around 25 years ago. They lasted a very long time without any service. They are especially useful in my three floor town house to keep the top rooms cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are a great product.

Needed for room on end of a nursing home that was not getting enough air off the gas furnace. Tied this booster into the main duct and the problem was gone.

I needed to boost the exhaust flow of a water heater. Other fans burned out in no time. This one is still working. It makes virtually no noise.
Delivery is prompt and it arrived in good condition.

I only have one heat pump in the house and it is in the basement. It does not cool upstairs very well. I install this product to help with upstairs. It helps some and now it is much more bearable upstairs. The only problem was that I could not seem to get screw installed between motor and electrical box. I finally got it using a thin shank flat blade screwdriver and some electrical tape to hold the screw to screwdriver. Other than that it is not too bad to install.
