Used in a smaller bathroom, but one that seemed to always get steamy easily when the kids take long showers. Bought it to alleviate wet walls. Using a large CFM than should be required and love the built in humidistat. The kids don't have to guess when to turn it off.

The ceiling cover hangs a bit loose, though. I haven't figured out how to get the wire/spring connectors to hold it tight to the ceiling, but I'll figure something out. That's about all I can say negative about this unit at this point.

It is so quiet, though, that we wonder if it's really working. (Yes, I've seen the Broan commercials.) We did the paper test and it does hold a sheet up, so it must be drawing air out properly. Also, after one of my kids showered, the bathroom mirror was still not fogged up, so another point showing it is working.

Installed in a second floor cathedral ceiling bathroom that had moisture problems. The humidity sensor works great and runs the fan as long as needed.

Difficult to install as a replacement because the hole in the ceiling needs to be bigger than the unit to fit the strap hangers up to the rafters. I ended up discarding the strap hangers and drilling my own mounting holes through the flange. I am glad I did it, it is quiet, works great and I would recommend it now that it is up and running
