But Broan took it a step further by incorporating powerful ventilation in the same design. Our new fan lights disappear into the ceiling with other recessed lights, so they are practical decorating solutions for any room in the house. The trim matches the designs of major recessed light manufacturers. In the bath they control humidity, and in a utility room, kitchen or high-traffic family room they keep the air fresh and comfortable. I installed two in a bathroom revamp project and am very pleased with this product. Easy to install and works as advertised...moves plenty of air w/very quiet operation. If you're looking for a clean look without the ugly fan vent box hanging from the ceiling this is the way to go. And the price was a great value too.

Installed over Shower and Tub/Shower combo. The light adds a lot to the white tub that makes it pop. and the fan is just another benefit to have the moisture pulled out closest to the source.Presently we leave the light on all the time, since we like the affect when entering the bathrooms.This item was a great idea. It's great with a white tub or shower. I was concerned about finding the bulbs, since I didn't know how specialize they were, but found that even [...]sales the light bulbs, but not the fans. :-)
