I use the product to keep the air cleaner and pet hairs at bay. Does very well. The only thing you cannot purchase the filters in stores and it is expensive [...] But I am glad that I can still get the filters.

I have two FAPF02 air filtration units. They are fairly quiet and seem to capture dust, animal dander, and general air pollution very well. My problem with it is the cost of the replacement filters.
The filter caught mold in the basement, which led me to have it inspected and then waterproofed. Now, the air in the basement is much better, and the filter can last a great deal longer, I hope.

We've had this Filtrete air filter for a couple of years. It's on almost 24/7 (smokers in the house but you wouldn't know it) and has never skipped a beat. The replacement filters from IAQ are very well priced, ship quick and free and last as long as advertized. All in all, it doesn't get better

This FILTER is SO EFFECTIVE that the only way to extend its' life would be to have a detachable, washable, and say a thin 1/4" pre-filter to catch larger particles.

Filter seems to do a good job at trapping dust and odors. Although they are a bit pricey, I expect each filter to last about 6 months. I recomment to buy in bulk, if possible, for a better price.
