This is used to keep air con thermostats from being changed. It is soo simple to install even this blonde can do it. I would have preferred it if the whole thing had been in clear plastic.

If you are renting your house this security device can prevent a person seeing your house or real estate agent from turning your thermostat off especially in winter. In winter this can cause you're pipes to freeze costing you thousands of dollars. This actually happened to a friend of mine so I searched for this device. An ounce of prevention (%16 in this case) is well worth it.

Haven't had a problem with it. Easy to install, just screw in the plate with the four screws provided around your thermostat and then lock in the plastic case and nobody is messing with your thermostat again.
