Before making my purchase, I did extensive research on all stats/mfgs.
This is the only stat that allows internal, remote indoor and remote outdoor sensors.
Also the only stat that will allow the level of programmability with the internal/remote indoor sensor.
Using this stat with indoor remote sensor solved my 2-zone problem.
Simple install, intuitive user controls.
Highly recommended.

We had to replace our broken thermostat and this was the second try. The first one was cheap and didn't keep an accurate temperature. This was a huge improvement. It installed easily and keeps a very accurate temperature. The vacation feature is great as you can set it to go back to normal programming at a set date/time. Definitely a great thermostat for a reasonable price.

Display a little hard to read. Can't see it from across the room like I could with my previous thermostat. If this were improved, I think this thermostat might be perfect.

I got this product because it has an adjustable temperature differential, which is a wonderful thing. You can adjust how many degrees you want your furnace/ac to heat/cool. Goes from .5 1.5 2.0 2.5 and 3.

With my old thermostat, the differential was not adjustable and was set at 2 degrees. So it would go from being slightly cool in the room, to WAY too hot. 2 whole degrees is far too much. I was constantly jumping up to manually make the heat cut off.

It was even more annoying in the summer.

Now we can set the differential at 1.0 or 1,5 degrees. SO much better. Nice, constant temp.

Have not yet used the programming, but the menu is very easy to use.

Oh, I also wish you could set the temps in between whole numbers. Like 68.5 or 69.5. It only allows whole numbers. Oh well, I don't want to be too picky.

Very simple to install and program. I am using it in conjuction with indoor and outdoor sensors and they work very nicely together. The temperature and humidity levels seem to be much more comfortable since installing them.

Service & Delivery comments:

The heat LED didn't work when I received my original unit. Prothermostats shiped a new unit out the same day I called. Great customer service!! I wish more companies were this easy to work with.
