Circulate option is a great feature: evens out temperature through-out entire house, keeps rooms from getting stale even if heat or A/C isn't needed.

Comments about Braeburn Braeburn Model 5300 Digital Programmable Thermostat:

It a good solid thermostat. I like how I can set 4 different temperature zones per day. I had a really old Honeywell installed in there, so their installation instructions didn't help (move the wire connected from 'R' to 'R'--well there isn't an 'R' on my old thermostat...) but that's not their fault. Great so far.

Comments about Braeburn Braeburn Model 5300 Digital Programmable Thermostat:

I purchased this unit for two reasons; 1) Recirculation fan mode, 2) Offered remote sensor support. I heat my home in the winter months with 65k BTU wood pellet stove. This thermostat is used to control the primary/central furnace from the first floor. I use a Braeburn remote sensor on the second floor. The Recirc mode works very well and does a good job of moving the stove heat throughout the house. On very cold nights when the stove struggles the 2nd floor remote sensor triggers this thermostat to start up the primary furnace, adding more heat to the upstairs. If you use a stove or fireplace to heat your home this is a must have solution to control your primary furnace to balance your home.
