Freight shipments

Some of our large items are shipped via freight carrier. These items ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight companies like Roadway Express, Fedex Freight, R&L Carriers, and others.   This means the products are shipped on a pallet in a large tractor trailer.
If we are shipping to your business - we will assume that the shipment will be "dock-to-dock."  In other words, we will assume that you have a loading dock and necessary material handling equipment to unload the shipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc).
If we are shipping to your residence - keep in mind that delivery will be made via a large tractor trailer.  As defined by the trucking industry, Home Delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area.  This means the driver will not be able to help move the item into your home.  It's a good idea to have some help from family members, friends or neighbors to assist you in bringing the item into your home.  Freight carriers do not supply liftgate service unless requested by the consignee. Please let us know if you will need liftgate service to get your merchandise off the back of the truck and down to the ground. Liftgate service will incur an additional service fee.
Delivery appointments wil be made by the freight carrier using the phone number you have supplied to us. Items deignated as "Free Freight" or "Free Shipping" do not include liftgate service unless requested.

Transit time varies between 2 and 5 days depending upon your location in the US. The freight carrier will call you on the phone number provided to schedule a delivery appointment.   Make sure you give us a good phone number that will be answered during the day.

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.

Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents . You should have a utility knife on hand to help open the carton. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately .
NOTE : We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.
